At HOLY, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fuel; however, due to the perishable nature of our food products, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for safety reasons, any product with a broken seal cannot be returned or refunded.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are unopened, in their original packaging, and within the 14-day return window from the date of receipt.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a photo of the sealed product to receive a Return Authorization and the return address.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items to prevent damage during transit and ship them back using a trackable mailing service of your choice.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
